It's Ivy Sirenix. I know it's not the greatest Sirenix ever, but At least the wings look half decent thanks to some help from =MagicalWinx over join.me

I like how most of her outfit came out. I used wings for the newest symbol of the enchanted stars since (the way I made them) without them their wouldn't be any other powers or fairies. And I love how her air same out
